Unanimous vote. <br />MAYOR AND COUNCIL ITEMS: <br />Mayor Gonzales presented to Horatio Garcia a Plaque from the City of <br />Colton in appreciation for his civic involvement and interest. <br />Resolution of Appreciation <br />Councilman Lofy read in full a Resolution of Appreciation Upon Retire- <br />ment on behalf of NORM SEBERN, who has retired after 29 years of service <br />with the City of Colton as a Police Officer.
