COUNCIL MEETING <br />JANUARY 2, 1990 <br />A Regular Meeting of the City Council of the City of Colton was held <br />on the above given date at 7:30 p. m., in the Council Chambers of City <br />Hall, Mayor Gonzales presiding. <br />Mayor Gonzales led the group in the Pledge of Allegiance to the Flag. <br />RnT.T. rAT.T. <br />Council Members present were Rios, Cisneros, Rehrer, Lofy, and Mayor <br />Gonzales. Also present were City Manager Keane, City Attorney Edwards, <br />and City Clerk Ramos. <br />CONSENT CALENDAR: <br />(1) Minutes <br />December 19, 1989 <br />(2) Warrants <br />86324 - 86729 <br />154710 - 1548749 154875 - 154988 <br />December 28, 1989 <br />(3) Bids <br />Award of Bid, Shook Building Systems, Inc., $739,188., Hutton <br />and Luque Centers Expansion Project. <br />(4) Agreements <br />Approve Grant Award Agreement with State of California Office <br />of Criminal Justice Planning, and adopt RESOLUTION NO. R-1-90. <br />(5) Human Services <br />Adoption of No Smoking Policy at the Hutton and Luque Community <br />Centers. <br />(6) Contracts <br />Approval of Contract with Management Science Applications, Inc.,,' <br />(MSAI) to negotiate acquisition of the Santa Fe Depot and sur- <br />rounding property for Historical Preservation & Redevelopment. <br />(7) Personnel <br />Extension of Provisional Appointments. <br />Moved by Councilwoman Cisneros, seconded by Councilman Rios, to approve <br />the Consent Calendar.
