(Second Reading) <br />AMENDING CHAPTER 9.28 OF THE COLTON MUNICIPAL <br />CODE AND REPEALING ORDINANCE NO. 1335, DEALING <br />WITH FORTUNETELLING. <br />Moved by Councilwoman Cisneros, seconded by Councilman Lofy, to pass <br />Second Reading and adopt Ordinance No. 0-28-89. Unanimous vote. <br />ORAL COMMUNICATIONS: <br />Mr. Johnny Guy, P. 0. Box 4396, Montclair, spoke to the Councilmembers <br />with regard to the Fortunetelling Ordinance, and referred to a letter <br />received from Mayor Gonzales and also a letter he had written to the <br />Mayor and City. Mr. Guy stated that he wanted to publicly apologize <br />to the Mayor and City of Colton for the harsh letter he had written, <br />and also wanted to wish everyone a happy and prosperous New Year. <br />RECESS: <br />The City Council recessed at 7:50 p. <br />Redevelopment Agency for the City of <br />all Members present. <br />CLOSED SESSION: <br />m., to take up the business of the <br />Colton, and reconvened at 8:01 p. m., <br />The City Council adjourned to Closed Session at 8:01 p. m., to discuss <br />Labor Relations Matters, pursuant to Government Code Section 54957.6, <br />and reconvened at 9:07 p. m., all Members present. <br />ADJOURNMENT: <br />Moved by Councilman Lofy, seconded by Councilman Rehrer and unanimously <br />passed, Mayor Gonzales adjourned the Meeting at 9:07 p. m., to meet for <br />an Adjourned Regular Meeting on Tuesday, January 9, 1990, at 5:00 p. m., <br />in the Council Chambers of City Hall. <br />/"'4XJ a. 7f4l/'rrz� <br />HELEN A.
