Unanimous vote. RESOLUTION NO. R-70-90 - A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLTON APPROVING THE JOINT EXERCISE OF POWERS AGREEMENT CORRIDOR BEAUTIFICATION AUTHORITY. Purchase Vehicles Mr. Sotelo reviewed his memorandum regarding the purchase of vehicles for the City, to be purchased from Redevelopment Agency funds, and to be used by the Agency Board Members, the Executive Director, and the Agency Staff. Mr. Sotelo advised three Buick sedans can be purchased for ap- proximately $50,000 total. Mr. Sotelo concluded Staff recommends Council authorize the City Manager to advertise the request for bids and to purchase three vehicles for the City/Agency fleet pool, at a total purchase price for all three vehicles not to exceed $50,000. Moved by Councilman Lofy, seconded by Councilman Rehrer, to approve Staff's recommendations as outlined regarding the purchase of vehicles for the City. Unanimous vote. Recess The City Council recessed at 8:28 p.m., to take up the business of the Redevelopment Agency for the City of Colton, and reconvened at 8:38 p.m., all Members present. CLOSED SESSION: The City Council adjourned to Closed Session at 8:45 p. m., to discuss Personnel Matters, pursuant to Government Code Section 54957, and re- convened at 9:10 p. m., all Members present.
