Unanimous vote. <br />ORAL COMMUNICATIONS: <br />Mr. Jess Herrera, 1817 Evelyn Circle, spoke about the vicious dog <br />regulations, advising he had read in the newspaper the discussions <br />held at a previous meeting about pit bull terriers. Mr. Herrera said <br />it was his dog that had been discussed and he wanted the City Council <br />and everyone to know that his dog never bit anyone and has never at- <br />tacked anyone. Mr. Herrera stated he was glad to know the City is <br />checking into vicious dog regulations. <br />Mr. Bud Allen, 1521 Latham Street, thanked the City Council and, in <br />particular, City Attorney Edwards, for the time and information af- <br />forded him relating to the vicious dog regulations. <br />RECESS <br />The City Council recessed at 8:12 p. <br />Redevelopment Agency for the City of <br />all Members present. <br />CLOSED SESSION: <br />m., to take up the business of the <br />Colton, and reconvened at 8:20 p.m. <br />The City Council adjourned to Closed Session at 8:25 p. m., to discuss <br />Labor Relation Matters, pursuant to Government Code Section 54957.6, <br />and Pending Litigation, pursuant to Government Code Section 54956.9(b))l), <br />and reconvened at 11:43 p. m., all Members present. <br />5 LAAR 61990 <br />
