Upon Roll Call, the Vote was Unanimous. <br />Closed Session <br />City Manager Sotelo requested a Closed Session at the end of the <br />Meeting. <br />CITY ATTORNEY'S REPORTS AND RECOMMENDATIONS: <br />Ordinance No. 0-3-90 <br />Second Reading <br />City Attorney Edwards introduced Ordinance No. 0-3-90 for Second <br />Reading, reading it as to number and title only: <br />ORDINANCE NO. 0-3-90 - AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF COLTON AMENDING <br />CHAPTER 3.28 OF TITLE 3 OF THE COLTON MUNI- <br />CIPAL CODE TO GRANT CREDITS AGAINST SALE AND <br />USE TABES OWED TO THE CITY OF COLTON IN THE <br />AMOUNT OF SALES AND USE TARES PAID, IF ANY, <br />TO THE COLTON REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY. <br />Moved by Councilman Rios, seconded by Councilman Lofy, to pass <br />Second Reading and adopt Ordinance No. 0-3-90. Unanimous vote. <br />Ordinance No. 0-4-90 <br />Second Reading <br />City Attorney Edwards introduced Ordinance No. 0-4-90 for Second <br />Reading, reading it as to number and title only: <br />ORDINANCE NO. 0-4-90 - AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF COLTON APPROV- <br />ING THE GATLIN/BERBER DEVELOPMENTS, INC. <br />DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT. <br />City Attorney Edwards presented the Employment Contract for City <br />Manager, Edmund F. Sotelo, for Council's consideration and ap- <br />proval. <br />Moved by Councilman Lofy, seconded Councilman Rios, to approve Con- <br />tract with Edmund F. Sotelo, City Manager. Upon Roll Call, the <br />Vote was Unanimous. <br />ORAL COMMUNICATIONS: <br />Mr. Jack Connell, Simmonds Medical Facility Development, Mercer <br />Island, Washington, spoke to the Council regarding the proposed <br />vacation of a portion of Centrepoint Drive, stating they are <br />planning to establish the Inland Eye Institute in the Cooley <br />Ranch area, and are, therefore, interested in the proposed vaca- <br />tion of Centrepoint Drive. 10 <br />Ay ti <br />
