Unanimous vote. <br />MAYOR AND COUNCIL ITEMS: <br />Proclamations <br />Mayor Gonzales read the Proclamation declaring April 19-25, 1992 as Organ and <br />Tissue Donor Awareness Week. The Proclarmation was accepted by Laura <br />Blinkinsop. <br />Councilman Roman read the Proclamation declaring May 2-8, 1992 as National <br />Clean Air Week. The Proclamation was accepted by Community Development <br />Director Aguilera. <br />Councilman Lofy read the Proclamation declaring April 26 to May 2, 1992 as <br />National Victim Rights Week. <br />Mayor Gonzales read the Proclamation declaring April 26 to May 3, 1992 as Soil <br />Stewardship Week. Mr. Stanley Cooley accepted the proclamation. <br />Mayor Gonzales read the Proclamation declaring May 1, 1992 as Loyalty Day. <br />Messrs.
