(5) Public Hearing <br />Set for Public Hearing for Meeting of May 5, 1992, the Designation of <br />an Historic Landmark, #21, located at 1191 North 9th Street, Colton. <br />(6) Fireworks Drawing <br />Award Remaining Fireworks Booth by Drawing. <br />(7) Geothermal Grant <br />Approval of Resolution Appropriating City of Colton's Matching Share <br />Funds for Geothermal Grant, RESOLUTION NO. R-46-92. <br />(8) Claims <br />Denial of Claims of Joe Sanchez, Loretta Roques, and Theodore <br />Brown. <br />Motion by Councilmember Cisneros, seconded by Councilmember Lofy, to accept <br />and approve the Consent Calendar. Unanimous vote. <br />MAYOR AND COUNCIL ITEMS: <br />Proclamations <br />Mayor Gonzales read the Proclamation declaring April 19-25, 1992 as Organ and <br />Tissue Donor Awareness Week. The Proclarmation was accepted by Laura <br />Blinkinsop. <br />Councilman Roman read the Proclamation declaring May 2-8, 1992 as National <br />Clean Air Week. The Proclamation was accepted by Community Development <br />Director Aguilera. <br />Councilman Lofy read the Proclamation declaring April 26 to May 2, 1992 as <br />National Victim Rights Week. <br />Mayor Gonzales read the Proclamation declaring April 26 to May 3, 1992 as Soil <br />Stewardship Week. Mr. Stanley Cooley accepted the proclamation. <br />Mayor Gonzales read the Proclamation declaring May 1, 1992 as Loyalty Day. <br />Messrs. Montoya and Acosta presented a flag to the City on behalf of Veterans of <br />Foreign Wars Post #6476 and they accepted the Proclamation. <br />2 <br />A R R 2 11992 <br />
