ORDINANCE NO. 0-01-92 - AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL <br />(Second Reading) OF THE CITY OF COLTON TO MINIMIZE <br />LOSSES DUE TO FLOOD CONDITIONS, <br />AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 0-18-87 <br />ADOPTING REGULATIONS CONSISTENT <br />WITH THE RULES GOVERNING THE <br />NATIONAL FLOOD INSURANCE PROGRAM <br />FOR MANUFACTURED HOMES. <br />(17) Sewer System <br />Waive Full Reading and Pass Second Reading, Adopt <br />ORDINANCE NO. 0-02-92. <br />ORDINANCE NO. 0-02-92 - AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF <br />(Second Reading) COLTON, CALIFORNIA AMENDING <br />CHAPTER 13.08 OF THE COLTON <br />MUNICIPAL CODE, REGULATING THE <br />DISCHARGE OF WASTES INTO THE <br />SEWERAGE SYSTEM OF THE CITY OF <br />COLTON. <br />-. Moved by Council Member Cisneros, seconded by Council Member <br />Rehrer, to approve the Consent Calendar, with deletion of Item No. <br />6. Unanimous vote. <br />MAYOR AND COUNCIL ITEMS: <br />Boards & Commissions <br />On Councilwoman Cisneros' written recommendation, Mayor Gonzales <br />stated Mr. John Longfield has expressed a desire to serve another <br />term on the Civil Service Board. <br />Motion by Councilman Lofy, seconded by Councilman Rehrer, to <br />reappoint Mr. John Longfield to serve another term on the Civil <br />Service Board, commencing January 1992. Unanimous vote. <br />On Councilwoman Cisneros' written recommendation, Mayor Gonzales <br />informed that Mr. Ruben Morales has expressed a willingness to <br />continue serving on the Parks and Recreation Commission. <br />Motion by Councilwoman Cisneros, seconded by Councilman Lofy, to <br />reappoint Mr. Ruben Morales to serve a new term on the Parks and <br />Recreation Commission, commencing January 1992. Unanimous vote. <br />On Councilman Lofy's written recommendation, Mayor Gonzales related <br />that Mr. Richard Prieto has expressed a desire to serve another <br />term on the Planning Commission. <br />3 <br />JAN 2 1 1992 <br />
