THE LOCAL AGENCY FORMATION COMMISSION'S <br />GENERAL PROCEDURES IN REGARDS TO <br />BOUNDARY CHANGES. <br />STAFF REPORTS: <br />COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT DIRECTOR'S REPORTS AND RECOMMENDATIONS: <br />Plaza Las Glorias Shopping Center <br />City Manager Lewis stated that there is a request for continuance of Item 18 <br />regarding under canopy signs at Plaza Las Glorias Shopping Center. Mayor Gonzales <br />declared that, with Council approval, the matter is continued to the City Council <br />Meeting of June 16, 1992. <br />Building Permit Report <br />Community Development Director Aguilera reviewed 12 building permits issued by <br />Community Development for the period of April/May 1992, for a total fee collection <br />of $28,407.84. <br />Uniform Building Code <br />Community Development Director Aguilera reported that periodically the State revises <br />the Building, Mechanical, Plumbing, Electrical and associated codes; therefore, cities <br />are required to adopt these new codes.
