R-04-93. <br />(12) Consider Approval Resolution Regulating Smoking in Facilities <br />Owned and/or Operated by the City of Colton, RESOLUTION NO. R- <br />10-93. <br />(13) Consider Staff Reports on Boards and Commissions. Consider <br />Approval of RESOLUTION NO. R-11-93 and First Reading of <br />ORDINANCE NO. 0-03-93 and ORDINANCE NO. 0-04-93. <br />(14) Closed Session - Personnel Matters, pursuant to Government <br />Code Section 54957, and Litigation <br />Matters, pursuant to Government Code <br />Section 54956.9(a). <br />ADJOURNMENT - ADJOURN TO TUESDAY, FEBRUARY 91 1993 AT 4:00 P. M. <br />MOTION SECOND <br />Staff reports, or other written documentation relating to each item <br />referred to on the Agenda are on file in the Office of the City <br />Clerk and are available for public inspection. <br />Any person having questions concerning any item on the Agenda may <br />call the City Clerk at 370-5032, to make inquiry concerning the <br />nature of the item described on the Agenda. The City Clerk shall <br />direct inquiries to the appropriate office. <br />The City Council encourages public input on all City issues within <br />the Rules of Decorum as follows: <br />DECORUM AND ORDER <br />To help conduct the business of the City Council in an orderly <br />fashion, the City Council has adopted rules pertaining to Decorum <br />and Order. The City Council will strictly enforce these rules in <br />order to allow full expression of ideas and opinions by citizens, <br />staff or legal counsel. The rules are summarized below: <br />Unauthorized remarks from the audience, stamping of feet, <br />whistling, clapping, yelling, and similar demonstrations shall <br />NOT be permitted by the Presiding Officer. Any disrupting <br />demonstrations shall be cause for the Chief of Police to clear <br />the Council Chambers or to remove individual offenders upon <br />direction of the Presiding Officer. <br />3 <br />FEB 2 1993 <br />
