Any person who verbally attacks other individuals, groups, or <br />City Officials, or otherwise becomes boisterous while <br />addressing the Council, or while attending the Council <br />Meeting, shall be ruled out of order by the Presiding Officer. <br />If someone begins to make impertinent or slanderous remarks, <br />the Presiding Officer (or the City Manager or City Attorney at <br />the direction of the Presiding Officer) will instruct the <br />person to follow the Council Rules. If the <br />person does not cease, the Presiding Officer will instruct the <br />Chief of Police to remove the person from the Council Chambers <br />and bar him/her from further audience before the Council. <br />n <br />FEB 2 1993 <br />
