JOINT MEETING OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLTON AND THE REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY FOR THE CITY OF COLTON (22) Consider the Compromise, Settlement and Mutual Release Agreement between the Moss Family Trust, Taco Bell, the City of Colton, the Redevelopment Agency for the City of Colton, and Other Related Parties. (23) Closed Session - Personnel Matters, pursuant to Government Code Section 54957, and Litigation Matters, pursuant to Government Code Section 54956.9(a). PUBLIC COMMENT: Any person may address the City Council at this time on any subject within the jurisdiction of the City of Colton; however, any matter that requires action will be referred to Staff for a report and action at a subsequent Council Meeting. Persons desiring to submit paperwork to the City Council Members shall provide copy of any paperwork to the City Clerk for the Official Record. ADJOURNMENT MOTION SECOND Staff reports, or other written documentation relating to each item referred to on the Agenda are on file in the Office of the City Clerk and are available for public inspection. Any person having questions concerning any item on the Agenda may call the City Clerk at 370-5032, to make inquiry concerning the nature of the item described on the Agenda. The City Clerk shall direct inquiries to the appropriate office.
