General discussion as to how the balance of the reports would be reviewed and <br />how best to proceed. Determination made that only specific reports would be <br />brought forward as requested by Councilmembers who needed further <br />clarification or additional direction to staff. <br />#12 — Capital Projects Team Goals & Objectives <br />CM Chastain and CM DeLaRosa raised the question as to the completion of street <br />pavement as indicate on the map. City Manager Garcia directed Director Hutton <br />to meet with the Councilmembers after adjournment of the meeting. <br />#18 — Implement Adopt -A -Park Program <br />CM Chastain suggested that at a future date, the development of the concept of <br />Adopt -A- Street, similar to Adopt -The -Freeway Program. <br />There being no further questions motion by CM Sanders, seconded by CM <br />Chastain, to approve the Items 9 through 20 with the exception of 15 and 18 as <br />modified by the requestors. <br />PUBLIC COMMENT <br />Larry Dylina, former Cemetery Commissioner, voiced concerns to the sale of the <br />Cemetery. City Manager Garcia responded and indicated that sale of the <br />Cemetery is not under consideration at this time. <br />ADJOURNMENT: <br />Mayor Gaytan and Chairperson Sanders adjourned the meeting at 9:03 p.m. <br />CAROLINA P.
