Barrera, City Clerk <br />MAYOR AND COUNCIL ITEMS: <br />POSSIBLE CONFLICT OF INTEREST DISCLOSURES FOR THE COUNCIL MEETING OF <br />AUGUST 1, 2006. <br />Mayor Bennett asked the members present if there were any agenda items that were a conflict <br />of interest pursuant to CMC Section 2.04.030. None disclosed. <br />CEREMONIAL MATTERS: <br />Presentations, Awards, Proclamations <br />• Presentation Nathan Lunt, RDA Administrative Analyst, who introduced the City of <br />Colton business spotlight recipient Angelica Textiles, located in District 4. <br />Mayor Bennett and CM Ramos presented a certificate of appreciation to <br />Rosco Morrissette, General Manager, for their contribution for enhancing <br />the economy of the City of Colton. <br />• Presentation Fire Fighter Ruston acknowledged and presented a certificate and <br />engraved axe to Art Thompson. <br />Mayor Bennett acknowledged and presented a plaque to Art Thompson <br />for representing the City of Colton as the Citizen of the Year recipient. <br />2006 AUGUST 01 REG CC/RDA/CUA MEETING 2 <br />
