Announcement Ruben Gudino, representing Ken Hubbs Little League Baseball, <br />announced that the age 13-14 division won the Southern California State <br />Championship, and would travel to Arizona to participate in a Round <br />Robin for the Division Championship, if successful would go to <br />Washington for the US Championship. <br />• Presentation Mayor Bennett acknowledged and presented a engraved plaque to Mike <br />Williams on his retirement as City Treasurer. <br />City Manager Parrish acknowledged and presented a gift certificate on <br />behalf of the department directors. <br />• Oral Report Economic Development Director Cassel, presented a PowerPoint <br />presentation on the Economic Development Strategic Plan/Advisory <br />Committee. <br />At 6:40 p.m., Mayor Bennett declared a recess for a reception and at 6:56 p.m., the meeting <br />was reconvened with all Members present there from, with CM Ramos/De La Rosa absent from <br />the dais. <br />UNFINISHED BUSINESS: <br />Reimbursement Agreement/Rosemary Shadid — Accept and Approve the Reimbursement <br />Agreement between the City of Colton and Rosemary Shadid for Water and Sewer <br />Improvements Related to Reche Canyon Hillside Estates; and Authorize the Mayor to Execute <br />the Agreement.
