Presentations, Awards, Proclamations • Presentation Judith Clarke, RDA Sr. Project Manager, who introduced the City of Colton business spotlight recipient Smith's Colton Flowers, located in District 4. Mayor Bennett and CM Ramos presented a certificate of appreciation to current owners, for their contribution for enhancing the economy of the City of Colton. • Recognition Chief Rulon outlined the criteria to be eligible for the GTA Award and presented the GTA Award to Officers Mike McCoy, Michael Farcus, Anthony Yeager and Al Vasquez • Recognition Police Chief Rulon introduced new employees and announced staff promotions. • Recognition Recreation Services Manager Deb Farrar acknowledged students for their participation in Student Government Day. • Proclamation Mayor Bennett read a proclamation on Blue Ribbon Week May 14 — 20, 2006, and presented to Police Chief Rulon.
