(2) Personnel/Wastewater — Approved Recruitment and Ratification of One Employee Appointment to the Full Time Position of Mechanic in Training for the Water/Wastewater Department. (3) Permit/Centerpoint Church - Approved an Application for Facility Reservation for the Use of Fleming Park and its Bandshell on Sunday, June 25, 2006, from 4:00 to 9:00 p.m. Applicant is the Centerpoint Church of Colton, for a Concert Event; Staff also recommends that this approval be contingent upon the group providing proof of Liability Insurance to protect the City. (4) Annexation — Approved and Adopted a Resolution requesting that the Local Agency Formation Commission ("LAFCO") Initiate Proceedings for the Annexation of the Unincorporated "Island" Areas to the City of Colton City Limits (Various Parcels throughout the City's Unincorporated Sphere of Influence), RESOLUTION NO. R-59-06. (5) Regional Transportation Improvement Program (RTIP) — Approvedd and Adopted a Resolution Certifying that the City has the Resources to Fund the Projects submitted for Inclusion in the FY 2006/2007-2011/2012 Regional Transportation Improvement Program (RTIP) and will include City of Colton TRIP Projects Programmed between 2006/2007 and 2008/2009 in its Fiscal year 2007 Capital Improvement Program, RESOLUTION NO. R-60-06. (6) Mobile Command Center — Approved the Increase for the Purchase Price of the Mobile Command Center and Approve and Adopt a Resolution to Amend the Budget, RESOLUTION NO. R-61-06.
