City Clerk Barrera announced that the Notice of Continuance of the Public Hearing is on file in the <br />City Clerk's Office and no protest or objections have been received. <br />City Manager Parrish presented for approval an overview of the staff report for Council consideration <br />and requested approval of staff's recommendation to extend Urgency Ordinance No. 0-08-06 by <br />adopting an urgency ordinance of the City Council of the City of Colton in accordance with <br />Government Code Section 65858 enacting for a period of ten (10) months and fifteen (15) days a <br />moratorium on the approval of application for certain land uses city wide, Ordinance. No. 0-11-06. <br />Motion/second by CM Ramos/De La Rosa to close Public Hearing. Roll Call of the Vote: CM <br />Suchil/YES; CM Mitchell/YES; CM Ramos/YES; CM Chastain/YES; CM De La Rosa/YES; CM <br />Hernandez; and Mayor Bennett/YES. Unanimous vote. <br />Motion/second by CM Hernandez/De La Rosa to approve Urgency Ordinance No. 0-11-06.
