A) A Resolution Of The City Council Of The City Of Colton Approving The Engineer's Report For <br />Colton Landscaping And Lighting District No. 1; And <br />B) A Resolution Of The City Council Of The City Of Colton Ordering The Levy And Collection Of <br />Assessments For The Colton Landscape And Lighting Maintenance Assessment District No. 1 <br />For Fiscal Year 2007/2008 <br />Mayor Chastain declared the public hearing open. <br />City Clerk Padilla announced that the Affidavit of Publication for the public hearing was on file in <br />the City Clerk's office and no protests or objections have been received. <br />City Engineer Jakher presented a PowerPoint presentation which included both District 1 and 2. <br />PUBLIC COMMENT <br />None <br />Motion/second by CM De La Rosa/Mayor Pro Tempore Suchil to close the public hearing. <br />Unanimous vote. <br />Motion/second by Mayor Pro Tempore Suchil/CM Oliva approve and adopt Resolution R-87-07 <br />approving the engineer's report Resolution No. R-88-07 ordering an annual levy and collection <br />of assessments.
