City Clerk Padilla announced that the Affidavit of Publication for the public hearing was on file in the City Clerk's office and no protests or objections have been received. Community Development Director Zamora presented an overview of the agenda item and requested approval of staff's recommendation. Public Comment: None Motion/second by CM Suchil/Mayor Pro Tempore Mitchell to close the public hearing. Motion carried with CM De La Rosa absent from the dais.
