CM Oliva recused herself due to a possible conflict as the project is within 700 fet with <br />the Union Pacific of where she and her husband are employed. <br />Review and provide direction regarding the draft Trade Corridors Improvement Fund <br />Baseline Agreement and draft Funding Agreement for the Valley Boulevard Grade <br />Separation <br />Assistant City Manager Nuaimi presented the agenda report and requested approval of <br />staff's recommendation. <br />Motion/second by Mayor Chastain/CM Suchil to approve baseline agreement but not <br />the funding agreement and staff will continue to negotiate funding agreement.
