May need to be
explored further.
How much land in Pellisier Ranch area?
14,048 acres — design based on what is to be developed based on type and percentage;
Will you commit to finding a sports park area regional park instead of more than residential?
City is working on new projects that will incorporate park areas
How can Mayor and city council exonerate when we played a major park in losing the
property?
It was unknown how the property transaction was occurring until later both by the county/city.
PUBLIC COMMENT
(General Public Comment from the audience)
The following citizens addressed the council: Terry Marinzack, Gary Grossich, Apolinar Espudo.
ADJOURNMENT:
Closing comments by Mayor Chastain and Supervisor Gonzales and at 8:06 P.M.
