Weed Abatement <br />This was the Time And Place Fixed To Consider Adopting A Resoultion Accepting The City's <br />Weed Abatement Program Statement Of Expenses And The Placement Of Parcels Of The <br />County Tax Rolls. <br />Mayor Chastain declared the public hearing open. <br />City Clerk Gomez announced that the Affidavit of Publication was on file in the City Clerk's office and <br />no protests or objections have been received. <br />Fire Marshal Sork presented the agenda report and requested approval of staff s recommendation. <br />Public Comment: <br />The following citizens addressed the council: None <br />Motion/second by CM Yzaguirre/De La Rosa to close the public hearing. Unanimous vote. <br />Motion/second by CM De La Rosa/CM Yzaguirre to approve and adopt Resolution No. R-63-09. <br />Unanimous vote. <br />General Pretreatment Reaulations <br />This was the Time And Place Fixed To Consider Amending Chapter 13.08 Of The Municipal <br />Code Relating To Wastewater Rules And Regulations And To Incorporate Revisions To The <br />General Pretreatment Regulations. <br />Mayor Chastain declared the public hearing open. <br />City Clerk Gomez announced that the Affidavit of Publication was on file in the City Clerk's office and <br />no protests or objections have been received. <br />Water/Wastewater Director Fraser presented the agenda report and requested approval of staff s <br />recommendation. <br />Public Comment: <br />The following citizens addressed the council: None. <br />Motion/second by Mayor Pro Tempore Oliva/CM Yzaguirre to close the public hearing. Unanimous <br />vote. <br />City Attorney Derleth identified a typographical error in the ordinance. On page 81 of the ordinance <br />Section 13.08.5 10, it referenced the ordinance that is being repealed to replace it with ordinance presented <br />and it incorrectly references the 1994 Ordinance and not 1998, Ordinance Section 13.08.510 should read <br />repealing Ordinance 0-03-98 not 0-04-94. <br />Motion/second by CM Yzaguirre/Perez to waive full reading and pass first reading of Ordinance No. 0- <br />06-09 with changes on page 8 1.
