Concerns on Franchise Tax Fee charged by Verizon - CM Parrish explained he would <br />check into the matter <br />2. Concerns regarding the Editing of televised meeting— CM Parrish explained that <br />meetings are not edited and provided Mr. Grossich with copy of DVD to be compared. <br />3. Concerns regarding Budget — Issue is lack of diversification of local economy. City will <br />need to move quickly with a plan. <br />Consent Calendar: <br />City Manager Parrish presented Consent Calendar Items No. (s) 1 thru 7, for approval, and <br />pulling Items 3, 4 and 6 for separate vote. <br />Motion/second by CM Yzaguirre/Oliva to approve Consent Calendar Items 1 thru 7 for approval, <br />and pulling Items 3, 4 and 6 for separate vote. Motion carried with CM De La Rosa absent and <br />CM Bennett abstaining on Item 1. <br />(3) Contract Extension/Tristar - Approve the Contract Extension with Tristar — The City of <br />Colton's Worker's Compensation Third Party Administrator and Authorize the City <br />Manager to Execute the Agreement. <br />Motion/second by CM Yzaguirre/Perez.
