Comments by the SBPEA Representative regarding concerns not being addressed by Management - Letter that was sent was general, did not articulate on the issues, therefore they could not be addressed, met with the individuals that signed the letter and acted on the issues received, if there are additional concerns this is not the place to do it all employees have civil rights and we have to be careful when we deal with personnel issue in public. 2. Analysis on Sales Tax by Mr. Grossich — The best way to articulate the financial situation is that balance budgets submitted every year for the last four years. Mr. Grossich sales tax analysis is a fallacy, there is something called the triple flip, wrong numbers are incorrect as the numbers are calculated differently.
