R- 14-09. (8) Extend Contract/Bank of America - Approved Request to Extend Banking Services Contract with Bank of America for Three Years Effective April 1, 2009. (9) Bid/Theodore Robins Ford, Inc. - Approved Award Bid for Two (2) 2009 Ford F-150 XL Trucks to Theodore Robins Ford, Inc. in the Amount of $31,420.06. Motion/second by CM Yzaguire/Toro as recommended by staff and explore revision to purchasing policy. Motion carried with CM De La Rosa absent and CM Bennett voting "NO".
