All concrete sidewalk and curb constructed in the City of Colton after the passage of this ordinance, must be composed of cement concrete, proportioned, as hereinafter specified. The standard curb is hereby declared to be a curb whose finished dimensions shall be as follows: Height, fifteen (15) inches; thickness at top' six (6) inches; thickness at base, nine (9) inches; the batter to be on the side of the curb nearer the roadway. The finished dimensions of standard si6ewaik are hereby declared to be as follows: Thickness, four (4) inches; v-idth, fire (5) feet. The edge of tY,e sidewalk near -the *o:coperty line shall. in all cases be two (2) feet therefrom• The distance from that edge of the curb neanP the roadway, commonly called the face of the curb), to that property line is hereby established as follows. Section 11.. On all streets where the width of vaic;streets between property lines is eighty (80) feet or more, the. above wtntionba aietar-ca 0.1i,ttl] be fourteen (14) feet. On all. streets where the widt"h of said streets between property lines is betvreen. sr:verty (70) and eighty (80) feet, the above mentioned distance shall be twelve (12) feet. On all streets where the width of said streets between property lines is between fifty (50) and seventy (70) feet, the above men- tioned distaTice shall be ten (10) feet. On all streets where the width of said streets between property lines is between forty (40) and fifty (50) feet, the above mention- ed distance shall be eight (8) feat.
