<br />30.8 Plan Check Fees - 50 percent
<br />of fees charged in Section 30.1, in-
<br />cluding permit issuance fees, when
<br />service switch size exceeds 200
<br />amperes or 300 volts.
<br />30.9 A fee of $10.00, due and
<br />payable on and to be received by
<br />January 1 of each year, shall be paid
<br />for each annual maintenance
<br />electrician's permit and shall be
<br />issued to any person, firm or cor-
<br />poration regularly employing one or
<br />more qualified electricians for the
<br />installation, alteration and main-
<br />tenance of electrical equipment in or
<br />on existing buildings or premises
<br />owned or occupied by the permittee.
<br />50.1 Standards for the In-
<br />stallation of Electrical Equipment.
<br />Installations: All electrical in-
<br />stallations, industrial, commercial,
<br />and residential, within the govern-
<br />mental jurisdiction covered by this
<br />Code, shall be in conformity with the
<br />M provisions of this Code, all ap-
<br />p plicable State Laws, and the
<br />9 NATIONAL ELECTRICAL CODE,
<br />1971 Edition.

<br />by reference and made a part of this

<br />d SECTION 5. The word "City" in

<br />to any act or any legislative enact -
<br />mit ment therein referred to shall be
