This ordinance shall take effect and be in force from and <br />after its approval as required by law. <br />SECTION 10. The City Clerk shall certify to the passage of this <br />Ordinance and shall cause the same to be published once in the Colton Courier <br />a newspaper of general circulation in the City of Colton. <br />PASSED ADOPTED AND APPROVED this 21st day of November, 1972. <br />ABE E.
