Fee - Precise Plan. The filing fee for a Precise <br />Plan shall be $100. plus $2.00 per acre. <br />9. Conditions for approval. Approval of a tentative <br />map of a condominium project shall be subject to the imposition <br />of reasonable conditions relating to the design and improvement <br />of the subdivision. <br />10. Compliance with Code provisions. Neither a tentati <br />map nor a precise plan of design for a condominium project shall <br />be approved unless the project will comply with the then existing <br />building codes and zoning regulations and all other municipal code <br />requirements; provided that, notwithstanding the foregoing, where <br />minor variations from code requirements exist with respect to the <br />conversion of an existing structure to a condominium and full com- <br />pliance with code requirements presents practical difficulties or <br />would result in extreme hardship, the Planning Commission may waiv <br />literal compliance and approve the project upon finding that it <br />generally conforms with the spirit and purpose of the provisions <br />of this article and other code requirements. <br />Section 2. Any ordinance or section or portion of any <br />ordinance in conflict with the provisions of this ordinance is <br />I hereby repealed. <br />Section 3. Effective date: This ordinance shall be in <br />force and effective thirty (30) days after final passage. <br />Section 4. The City Clerk shall certify to the passage <br />lof this ordinance and shall cause the same to be published once <br />in the Colton Courier, a weekly newspaper, hereby designated for <br />11the purpose. <br />
