Each application for approval of the precise plan of <br />design shall be accompanied by three (3) copies of plans and elevations of all <br />structures showing architectural features., types and materials of construction. <br />c. Each application for the approval of the precise plan of <br />design of a condominium project shall be accompanied by three (3) copies of <br />covenants, conditions and restrictions that will apply to the proposed develop- <br />ment, which covenants, conditions and restructions shall include but shall not <br />be limited to the following provisions: <br />(1) Provisions in a manner reasonable satisfactory to <br />the City for the maintenance of common areas of any such project by the City <br />in the event of default in the maintenance of such common areas by individual <br />owners of the units, and for reimbursement to the City for any costs incurred <br />thereby. <br />(2) In residential condominium projects covenants, <br />conditions and restrictions shall include: <br />(a) Provisions restricting use of each residential <br />unit to use as a single family residence. <br />(b) Provisions establishing each individual unit <br />owner`s exclusive right to use of not less than two (2) specifically designated <br />covered parking spaces for each unit. <br />7. Procedure for approval. Applications for approval of a <br />precise plan of design for condominium projects shall be made in such form as <br />the Planning Commission shall prescribe and all applications for approval of <br />
