A variety of housing types and environments. <br />2. A more creative and imaginative approach to the <br />jdesign of developments and promote a mixture of residential den- <br />Isities and housing types, community facilities, both public and <br />1private, and commercial and industrial areas. <br />3. More efficient use of land, resulting in smaller <br />(networks of utilities and streets. <br />4. The provision of greater amounts of open space and <br />iamenities for the recreational and visual enjoyment. <br />5. The preservation and enhancement of valuable <br />Inatural areas. <br />Section I. Criteria for Planned Community "PC" Zone. <br />IA. Such factors as the following shall be reviewed: <br />LOCATION: Determine whether the location proposed for the <br />Planned Community Development applied for is properly related <br />to the development of the neighborhood or community as a <br />whole; <br />COMPATIBILITY: Determine whether or not the use proposed in <br />the particular location would be reasonably compatible with <br />the types of uses normally permitted in the surrounding area; <br />ADEQUATE FACILITIES: Evaluate whether or not adequate facili- <br />ties and services required for such use exist or can be pro- <br />vided; <br />ro- <br />vided; <br />
