Said agreement shall be in a form approved by the City Attorney. (c) In all cases, deed or cause to be deeded all rights of way, and easements in accordance with any street plan, Specific Plan or General Plan of the city or as may be required by the City Council of the City of Colton. (d) In -computing said 400 square feet or the $1,500.00 valuation as aforesaid, the same shall be cumulative on two or more enclosed structures, remodelings or additions when there is the same owner and the second or more enclosed structures, remodelings or additions occur within a period of five years. SECTION 6. That in accordance with sub -paragraph (A) of Section 1601, Chapter 16, Part IV of said "Uniform Building Code, 1973 Edition, Volume I: There is hereby established the following Fire Zones within the City of Colton. (a) Fire Zone 1 shall be considered as comprising all the real property and improvements thereon located within the boundaries described as follows: Blocks 107, 108, 109, 110, South 1/2 of Blocks 93, 94, 95,-96 and North 1/2 of Blocks 123, 124, 125 and 126, of the Town of Colton as recorded in Book 9 of Maps, Page 37, Records -4-
