BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLTON AS FOLLOWS: SECTION ONE: The City Council finds and declares: 1. The Planning Department is studying an undeveloped area of the City which is experiencing rapid growth, of which a portion of said area has been Master Planned, or is governed by special development conditions and a portion is not covered by any special development standards. The Interim Emergency Ordinance shall apply to said area not covered by a Master Plan or special development standards. 2. That the Planning Commission, at its meeting of March 25th, 1975, by Motion Action, has recommended to the City Council of the City of Colton that an Interim Emergency Ordinance be adopted amending Section 303 and 304 of Ordinance 964. 3. That said Interim Emergency Ordinance shall apply t those parcels as delineated and the recommended action appropriate ly shown and for convenience is reference indexed on maps, number- ed a.s follows: A. Map No. 20, 21, 25, 26, 30 and 31; Index A-4-75, Change R-3 to R -3-X, C-1 to C -1-X, C-2 to C -2-X and M-1 to M -1-X. 4. The R -3-X, C -1-X, C -2-X and M -1-X Zone District Classification regulations applying to the properties delineated on the preceding maps shall be as follows: A. The "X" designation shall require all uses per mitted by the zone classification be subject to the provision of Section 1703 thru 1708, Article XVII, Ordinance 964, -1-
