The Planning Department is studying an undeveloped <br />area of the City which is experiencing rapid growth, of which a <br />portion of said area has been Master Planned, or is governed by <br />special development conditions and a portion is not covered by any <br />special development standards. The Interim Emergency Ordinance <br />shall apply to said area not covered by a Master Plan or special <br />development standards. <br />2. That the Planning Commission, at its meeting of <br />March 25th, 1975, by Motion Action, has recommended to the City <br />Council of the City of Colton that an Interim Emergency Ordinance <br />be adopted amending Section 303 and 304 of Ordinance 964. <br />3. That said Interim Emergency Ordinance shall apply t <br />those parcels as delineated and the recommended action appropriate <br />ly shown and for convenience is reference indexed on maps, number- <br />ed a.s follows: <br />A. Map No. 20, 21, 25, 26, 30 and 31; Index <br />A-4-75, Change R-3 to R -3-X, C-1 to C -1-X, C-2 to C -2-X and <br />M-1 to M -1-X. <br />4. The R -3-X, C -1-X, C -2-X and M -1-X Zone District <br />Classification regulations applying to the properties delineated <br />on the preceding maps shall be as follows: <br />A. The "X" designation shall require all uses per <br />mitted by the zone classification be subject to the provision <br />of Section 1703 thru 1708, Article XVII, Ordinance 964, <br />-1- <br />
