Section 18.04.329 is hereby added to Chapter 18.04 of Title 18 of <br />the Colton Municipal Code, to read as follows: <br />1118.04.329 Nightclub. <br />"Nightclub" means any dine and dance club, nightclub, public <br />dance, dance club or public dance hall, as defined in title 5, chapter <br />5.32, section 5.32.010 of this municipal code. <br />SECTION 10. Section 18.04.386 of Chapter 18.04 of Title 18 of the Colton <br />Municipal Code is hereby amended to read as follows: <br />"18.04.386 Religious assembly or place of worship. <br />"Religious assembly" or "place of worship" means a building or <br />facility where people gather for religious services such as a <br />synagogue, temple or church, and also nontraditional places of <br />worship such as tents, auditoriums, parks, etc." <br />SECTION 11. Section 18.18.030 of Chapter 18.18 of Title 18 of the Colton <br />Municipal Code, pertaining to the C-1 Neighborhood Commercial zone, is hereby amended in its <br />entirety to read as follows: <br />1118.18.030 Permitted uses. <br />A. Administrative and professional and business support services. <br />B. Convenience sales and services. <br />C. Light laundry services. <br />D. Dental, optical and general medical offices. <br />E. Reverse vending machines and small collection recycling facilities. <br />F. Child care services. <br />H. Utility distribution facilities." <br />SECTION 12. Section 18.18.040 of Chapter 18.18 of Title 18 of the Colton <br />Municipal Code, pertaining to the C-1 Neighborhood Commercial zone, is hereby amended in its <br />entirety to read as follows: <br />1118.18.040 Conditional uses. <br />A. Educational institutions, instructional and library services. <br />B. Cultural institutions. <br />C. Postal services. <br />D. Public transportation facilities. <br />E. Religious assembly or place of worship. <br />F. Uses compatible with other uses permitted in the zone, but not specifically <br />mentioned or easily identified as belonging to a use type." <br />SECTION 13.
