Filing With the County Auditor. The City Clerk shall cause the diagram and assessment <br />as confirmed and levied hereby to be filed with the County Auditor of the County of San <br />Bernardino as required by Section 22641 of the Streets and Highways Code. <br />8. City Clerk Certification. That the City Clerk shall certify to the passage and adoption of <br />this Resolution; shall enter the same in the book of original Resolutions of said City; and shall <br />make a minute of passage and adoption thereof in the records of the proceedings of the City <br />Council of said City, in the minutes of the meeting at which Resolution is passed and adopted. <br />PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED THIS 17th DAY OF JULY 2007. <br />ATTEST: <br />CAROLINA R.
