That Dilu de Alwis (may be a staff person) is hereby appointed as the <br />alternate, to serve on the ICRMA Governing Board and to the Risk Management Programs in <br />which this City participates in the absence of the primary member noted in Section 1 above. <br />SECTION 3. That Anthony Arroyo (may be a staff person) is hereby appointed as the <br />substitute alternate, to serve on the ICRMA Governing Board and to the Risk Management <br />Programs in which this City participates in the absence of the primary and alternate members <br />noted in Sections 1 and 2 above. <br />SECTION 4. That the individuals designated by this City Council as the City's <br />representative, alternate and substitute alternate representatives to the ICRMA Governing <br />Board and to the Risk Management Programs in which this City participates are hereby <br />confirmed and designated as the City's delegates for all purposes of representing the City's <br />interests and exercising the authority of the City with respect to the Coverage and the <br />Program and voting on behalf of the City on all matters delegated to the Governing Board <br />and signing such amendments as are contemplated to be approved by the Governing Board. <br />RESOLVED, that a certified copy of this Resolution shall be provided to the General <br />Manager of the ICRMA. <br />PASSED, APPROVED, AND ADOPTED this 5th day of February 2008 <br />ATTEST: <br />'CAROLINA R.
