Notwithstanding the penalties and fines in effect for administrative <br />citations for any other violation of the Colton Municipal Code, the penalty for issuance of a first <br />administrative citation for a violation of the graffiti regulations contained in Chapter 9.27 of the <br />Colton Municipal Code shall be two hundred and fifty dollars ($250). The penalty for a second <br />administrative citation issued within a twelve month period for the same violation shall be five <br />hundred dollars ($500). The penalty for a third and each subsequent administrative citation for <br />the same violation issued within a twelve month period shall be one thousand dollars ($1,000). <br />2. Fines not paid prior to their due date shall be subject to an additional <br />twenty-five dollar ($25) penalty every day of delinquency. <br />3. This Resolution shall repeal any other resolution(s) or portions thereof, to <br />the extent that such resolution(s) or portions thereof are in conflict with this Resolution. <br />4.
