The City Council shall then consider the application(s) at a public <br />meeting noticed pursuant to The Ralph M. Brown Act. <br />6. Once the City Council has approved the naming of a park, park feature or <br />community facility, no application will be accepted to remove or change the name of that park, <br />park feature or community facility; provided, however, that any Councilmember may submit <br />such an application pursuant to paragraph 4 above. Any such application must be approved by a <br />unanimous vote of the entire City Council. <br />SECTION 2. Effective Date.
