RECONIl4ENDATION: <br />Staff recommends: <br />• Approve resolution increasing the fiscal year 2006/2007 Capital Improvement <br />Program (CIP) Budget in the amount of $10,000 and amending the CIP to include the <br />Traffic Signalization at Rancho and Cement Plant Road Project. <br />• Authorize award of an engineering design agreement for the: Traffic Signalization at <br />Rancho and La Cadens Project, Traffic Signalization at Rancho and Agua Mansa <br />Project, Traffic Signalization at Rancho and Cement Plant Road, and School Bus <br />Drop-off Site for the Dr. Paul J. Rogers Elementary School Improvements Project to <br />Katz, Okitsu and Associates, in the amount of $55,715. <br />Attachments: Exhibit "A" — Project Location Map <br />Exhibit `B" — Professional Services Agreement <br />Resolution <br />Report prepared by Victor Ortiz - Engineering Dept. <br />
