C. Drain Maintenance. All drains and catch basins shall be kept free of silt and <br />edged weekly by the Contractors. <br />D. Removal of Damaged Plant Material. All dead, damaged, declining, <br />hazardous or broken plant material (Tree branches), whether a result of the <br />contractors negligence or an Act of God shall be removed by the contractor at <br />no additional cost to the City. <br />.GREEN WASTE DISPOSAL. <br />A. Green waste shall be defined as tree and shrub trimmings, grass, weeds, <br />leaves, wood chips and other organic material. <br />B. Contractor shall be responsible for recycling all green waste generated from <br />their contract performance. <br />1. Contractor shall have the duty to keep all green waste from being <br />contaminated with nonorganic materials to an extent the green waste <br />can no longer be recycled. <br />2.
