When <br />a holiday falls on a Saturday, 10 hours shall be added to the employee's <br />floating holiday bank. When a holiday falls on Sunday, the following <br />Monday shall be treated as a paid holiday. <br />Employees working regularly scheduled 8 -hour days will receive 8 hours <br />pay when taking Christmas Eve or New Year's Eve off and 2 hours will be <br />added to their floating holiday bank to be used the same as stated above. If <br />Christmas Eve or New Year's Eve fall on a regularly scheduled day off, 10 <br />hours shall be added to the floating holiday bank to be used the same as <br />stated above. <br />K. Changing the Information Technology Coordinator positions to an exempt status with <br />regard to overtime. <br />2. All other terms and conditions of employment for Bargaining Unit Employees shall <br />remain the same. <br />
