2018 APRIL 17 CC/SARDA/CUA/CPFA/CHA MEETING 3 - <br />CONSENT CALENDAR <br />Mayor DeLaRosa presented the Consent Calendar Items 1 through 12. <br /> <br />Councilmembers present selected items for discussion and clarification by staff: Mayor DeLaRosa/MPT <br />Woods/CM Suchil/CM Navarro/CM González, Item 3; and Mayor DeLaRosa, Item 9. <br /> <br />Motion and Second by CM Navarro/CM Suchil to approve the Consent Calendar Item 1 through 12. <br />Vote: Unanimous <br /> <br />(1) Minutes – Approval of Minutes for the City Council Regular Meeting Held April 3, 2018 on File in the <br />Office of the City Clerk. <br /> <br />(2) Warrants – Approval of Payable Warrants voucher numbers 169802 to 169891 dated 03/27/2018 and <br />totaling $70,259.14; voucher numbers 169892 to 170035 dated 0329/2018 and totaling $2,149,295.47; <br />voucher numbers 170036 to 170158 dated 04/05/2018 and totaling $1,899,383.56. <br /> <br />(3) Manual of Procedure – Approve the revised City Council Manual of Procedure (MOP). <br /> <br />(4) Police Motorcycles – Authorize the purchase of two new police motorcycles along with the related <br />emergency equipment and communications. <br /> <br />(5) Tract 18738 – Authorize the signing of the Subdivision Agreement, accept, and approve Tract 18738 for <br />recordation and the easements for utility purposes. <br /> <br />(6) Agua Mansa Road Closure – Authorize the temporary road closure of Agua Mansa Road requested by <br />KPRS construction. <br /> <br />(7) 2017 Homeland Security Grant - Approve and adopt a Resolution to accept the 2017 Homeland Security <br />Grant (HSGP) in the amount of $19,703, along with its accompanying MOU with the County of San <br />Bernardino and appropriate the funds into the Police Department’s HSGP expenditure account. <br />RESOLUTION NO. R-28-18. <br /> <br />(10) California Climate Investments Urban Greening Program – Approve and adopt Resolution No. R-31-18 <br />approving the application for grant funds for California Climate Investments Urban Greening Program. <br />RESOLUTION NO. R-31-18. <br /> <br />(11) Road Repair and Accountability Act of 2017 (SB-1) - Approve Resolution R-32-18 adopting a List of <br />Projects for Fiscal Year 2017/2018 funded by SB-1: Road Repair and Accountability Act of 2017. <br />RESOLUTION NO. R-32-18. <br /> <br />(12) Letter to San Bernardino County LAFCO Regarding Sphere of Influence Amendment for Cities of <br />Loma Linda and Colton – Authorize the Mayor to send the recommended letter to the San Bernardino <br />County Local Agency Formation Commission (LAFCO) regarding LAFCO Case No. 3225. <br />
