2018 APRIL 17 CC/SARDA/CUA/CPFA/CHA MEETING 4 - <br />PUBLIC HEARINGS <br /> <br />(13) Amendment to Community Services Fee Schedule <br /> <br />TIME AND PLACED FIXED TO CONSIDER A PUBLIC HEARING TO ADOPT AN AMENDED <br />FEE SCHEDULE FOR PROGRAMS & SERVICES PROVIDED BY THE COMMUNITY SERVICES <br />DEPARTMENT. <br /> <br />Mayor DeLaRosa declared the Public Hearing Open. <br /> <br />City Clerk Padilla submitted the Notice of Public Hearing (on file in the City Clerk’s Office) and announced no <br />protest or objections received thereto. <br /> <br />STAFF PRESENTATION <br />Deb Farrar, Community Services Director, (PowerPoint presentation ‘Colton Community Services Master Fee <br />Schedule) for Council consideration; overview of the agenda report; and requested approval of staff’s <br />recommendation. <br /> <br />PUBLIC COMMENT <br />None. <br /> <br />Motion and Second by CM González/MPT Woods to close the public hearing. <br />Vote: Unanimous <br /> <br />COUNCIL DISCUSSION <br />Discussion with Councilmembers present; clarification provided by staff: Director Farrar. <br /> <br />Motion and Second by CM Navarro/CM Suchil to approve and adopt Resolution No. R-26-18 with the approval <br />of the allocation fee to be effective January 1, 2019. <br />Vote: Motion carried with CM Cisneros/Mayor DeLaRosa voting NO. <br /> <br />BUSINESS ITEMS <br /> <br />(14) Adoption of the City of Colton Active Transportation Plan – Approve Resolution No. R-29-18; and <br />adopting the City of Colton Active Transportation Plan (ATP). RESOLUTION NO.
