For purposes of this <br />Resolution, the "EIR" shall refer to the Draft EIR, as revised by the Final EIR, together <br />with other sections of the Final EIR; and <br />WHEREAS, the environmental impacts identified in the EIR that the City finds of <br />no impact or constitute a less than significant impact and do not require mitigation are <br />described in Section 3 hereof; and <br />WHEREAS, the environmental impacts identified in the EIR as potentially <br />significant but which the City finds can be mitigated to a level of less than significant <br />through the incorporation of feasible Mitigation Measures identified in the EIR and set <br />forth herein, are described in Section 4 hereof; and <br />WHEREAS, the environmental impacts identified in the EIR as potentially <br />significant but which the City finds cannot be mitigated to a level of less than significant, <br />despite the imposition of feasible Mitigation Measures identified in the EIR and set forth <br />herein, are described in Section 5 hereof; and <br />WHEREAS, the cumulative impacts of the Project identified in the EIR and set <br />forth herein, are described in Sections 3, 4 and 5 hereof; and <br />WHEREAS, the significant and irreversible environmental changes that would <br />result from the Project, but which would be largely mitigated, and which are identified in <br />the EIR and set forth herein, are described in Section 6 hereof; and <br />WHEREAS, the existence of any growth -inducing impacts resulting from the <br />Project identified in the EIR and set forth herein, are described in Section 7 hereof; and <br />
