1 <br />2 <br />3 <br />4 <br />5 <br />6 <br />7 <br />8 <br />9 <br />10 <br />11 <br />12 <br />13 <br />14 <br />15 <br />16 <br />17 <br />18 <br />19 <br />20 <br />21 <br />22 <br />23 <br />24 <br />25 <br />26 <br />27 <br />28 <br />(Ord. 1009 § 6(e), 1959) <br />6.16.120 - Receptacles—Interference with prohibited. <br />No Person other than the Owner thereof or any officer, Employee or licensee of the City, Shall move, <br />remove or interfere with any Garbage, Recycling or Rubbish receptacle, or the contents thereof. <br />(Ord. 1009 § 6(f), 1959) <br />6.16.130 - Receptacles—Must be kept clean. <br />All Garbage, Recycling and Rubbish receptacles Shall be kept in a clean and sanitary condition by <br />the Owner or Person using the same. <br />(Ord. 1009 § 7(a), 1959). <br />6.16.140 - Receptacles Garbage—REgycling-To be kept covered. <br />Garbage and Recycling receptacles Shall be kept tightly covered at all times, except when Garbage is <br />being deposited therein or removed therefrom, and Shall at all times be proof against Access by flies to the <br />contents thereof. <br />(Ord. 1009 § 7(b), 1959) <br />6.16.150 - Receptacles—Weight. <br />No Garbage, Recycling or Rubbish receptacle may exceed fifty pounds in weight, including the <br />contents thereof. <br />(Ord. 1009 § 7(c), 1959) <br />6.16.160 - Refuse—Placement in proper receptacles required -Source Separation. <br />A. All Refuse Shall be placed for collection in receptacles as defined and specified herein. <br />B. Each Generator shall be responsible for ensuring and demonstrating its compliance with the <br />requirements of this chapter. Each Generator shall: <br />Rceycler; or <br />4. Complete and retain on-site a Self -Hauling form certifying that all Self Hauling <br />activities will be completed in accordance with this ordinance or any other applicable <br />law or regulation. A copy of such form shall be available to the City Manaeer, upon <br />request. <br />C. Each Generator must also undertake the following: <br />1. _use containers to collect and store Recyclable Materials, <br />2. designate areas to collect and/or store Recyclable Materials, <br />3. prominently post and maintain one or more signs in maintenance or work <br />23152.06000\30578143.3 - 8- <br />
