With PowerClerk, interconnection applicants are guided through <br />the process, and relevant documentation and agreements are automatically selected making the <br />experience much more efficient when deciding to install solar; and <br />WHEREAS, Questline is a monthly eNewsletter professionally designed and branded <br />for Colton Electric Utility residential and commercial customers. The eNewsletter provides <br />direct communication on the efficiency programs that the Electric Utility provides in addition to <br />new technology and advancements in energy efficiency articles; and <br />WHEREAS, AESC is an engineering consulting firm that provides evaluation of project <br />energy savings and cost estimates, conducts customer equipment inspections, energy audits, <br />develops and implements measurement and verification on behalf of the CED; and <br />WHEREAS, Automated Energy is a load profiler software for CED industrial <br />customers. This tool provides energy analytics to track and manage consumption and costs by <br />meter, sub -meter or by facility. The data allows the user to produce detailed reports on usage, <br />peaks and rate comparisons along with text or email alerts as needed for peak demand; and <br />WHEREAS, Greenlite Lighting Corporation USA provides an upstream lighting <br />program working with local retailers in the City of Colton. All items would be branded with <br />Colton Electric Utility and be sold at a reduced cost to residents in the following Colton stores: <br />.99 store, Dollar Tree, Stater Bros, and Ace Hardware; and <br />WHEREAS, Green Acres Advertising & Design provides marketing planning strategies <br />and development for utilities. The utility will utilize Green Acres for the following: <br />Brand Planning and Strategy Services <br />• Provide strategic brand direction that pertains to community outreach and strategic <br />communication <br />• Provide strategic brand direction pertaining to marketing communications <br />• Create new brand assets that are consistent and cohesive with the existing City of Colton <br />Electric Division Brand <br />-3- <br />
