If a rebate is one or a few <br />days past the 4 month period, allow the Utility Director authority to approve the rebate to proceed <br />as long as it is within the current fiscal year; and <br />WHEREAS, Funds for this program are budgeted in the Fiscal Year Budget 2019 for <br />conservation in the following accounts: <br />• 521-8100-8110-2041-0000-000 <br />• 521-8100-8110-2041-0000-001 <br />• 521-8100-8110-2341-0000-000 <br />• 521-8100-8110-2350-0000-000 <br />NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Colton, State of California do <br />hereby resolve as follows: <br />SECTION 1. Authorize the water conservation program restructuring and professic <br />service agreements through Southern California Public Power Authority (SCPPA); and <br />SECTION 2.
