R-82-19 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLTON <br />AMENDING THE FY2019-20 BUDGET FOR PURPOSES OF FUNDING <br />PLANNING ENTITLEMENT SERVICES FOR THE BARTON ROAD <br />WAREHOUSE/DISTRIBUTION CAMPUS COST -RECOVERY PLANNING <br />APPLICATIONS <br />WHEREAS, Hager Pacific Properties and EBS Realty Partners have submitted <br />applications to redevelop the former Stater Brothers warehouse/distribution campus off of <br />Barton Road in the City of Colton (DAP -001-602); and <br />WHEREAS, the applicants have agreed to fund planning entitlement consulting <br />services, and associated legal fees, in the amount of $40,000, pursuant to a Reimbursement <br />Agreement between the applicants and the City; and <br />WHEREAS, in order to comply with current accounting standards, it is necessary to <br />recognize the revenues and expenditures in the City Budget for this deposit -to -cost project. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of <br />Colton does hereby find, determine and declare as follows: <br />SECTION 1. Resolution No. R-38-19, which adopted the Budget for the Fiscal Year <br />commencing July 1, 2019 and ending June 30, 2020 is hereby amended to: <br />1• Increase Appropriations in Expenditure Account No. 100-6300-6301-2350 in the <br />amount of $40,000; and, <br />2. Increase Revenue in Account No. 100-6799-000 in the amount of $40,000. <br />PASSED, APPROVED, AND ADOPTED this 17`h <br />ATTEST: <br />oCAROLINA R.
