2017 MAY 18 CC/SARDA/CUA/CPFA/CHA SPECIAL MEETING - 3 - <br /> <br />Final consensus as it related to the Police Department resulted in nonsupport to add the position <br />of Captain: Support: CM González/CM Woods; Nonsupport: MPT Toro/CM Suchil/ CM <br />Navarro/CM Jorrin/Mayor DeLaRosa. <br /> <br />At 6:33 p.m. CM Jorrin left the dais for the balance of the Council meeting. <br /> <br />CITY COUNCIL OFFICE <br />Discussion of the changes as outlined at the Budget Workshop of May 3, 2017 with a noted <br />consensus not to reduce the monthly health credit; and the need for further discussion as to <br />changes in staffing with additional input from the City Council Office Executive Administrator. <br /> <br />City Manager Smith concluded the need for the third budget workshop (May 25, 2017) to return <br />with the final revised Police Department proposed budget without the filling of the Police <br />Captain; in addition the final staffing and benefit changes related to the City Council Office <br />proposed budget. <br /> <br />ADJOURNMENT <br />At 7:05 p.m., Mayor DeLaRosa adjourned the Special Meeting. <br /> <br /> <br /> _________________________________________________________________________ <br />Carolina R.
